It’s said that when Thomas Edison watched his workshop burn down, one of his employees, standing nearby, asked him why there was a smile on his face. ‘Look at all those mistakes go up in flames’, he said.
That’s how I feel about the Pandemic. It is a horrible event we all wish had never happened, but it is here now, and with it has come opportunity. Opportunity to build again, build something new. A friend of mine characterized it as the world being dragged, kicking and screaming, into the 21st century. And here we are!
